Macau casino tycoon Stanley Ho, head of an empire estimated at $ 6 billion through his SJM Holding, died at the age of 98, according to family confirmations. Born in Hong Kong, Ho had had four wives and 17 children known and was forced to restructure all his business activities after a bitter legal battle that broke out in the family in 2012 due to his luck.

The news of his death was announced by his daughter Pansy. Billionaire Ho was considered the father of modern gambling in China with an undisputed monopoly over four decades on Macau casinos.
