Portugal: in three years guaranteed 233 million euros of tax revenue
Portuguese casinos anxious about the non-renewal of the license. The three casinos in the country are in fact waiting for a move by the Government to be able to continue operating at the end of the current concession, which will expire in December next year. In the last three years the casinos of Lisbon, Estoril and Figueira da Foz have generated revenue of 233 million euros, 64 million in 2018, which represents 60% of the total revenue for the state from the gaming industry.
