At the Olympia London the CasinoBeats Summit is staged, the unmissable show dedicated to the casino market organized by SBC (Sports Betting Community).
The event has become over time, the reference point for delegates and iGaming companies from all over the world thanks to exhibitions and focus of discussions with a high rate of participation.
Among the protagonists, we met Marko Jelen, Head of Sales at WeAreCasino.
WeAreCasino is a real novelty in the online gaming industry. It is a young and dynamic company, with the aim of becoming one of the largest online casino gaming companies in the world.
The company portfolio contains a wide range of HTML5 games, with highly sophisticated graphics and animations.
Here is our exclusive interview
1 Marko Jelen, Head of Sales at WeAreCasino. What is your work and what are the values of your company?
I’m covering the role of Head of Sales at WeAreCasino but dealing with all commercial area. In fact, as we are both Provider and the Aggregator we have to liaise daily with Providers and Operators trying to find mutual benefits and opportunities. Let’s say that in my opinion we are quite successful in this if we look at the numbers. In less than 2 years we integrate in our portfolio more than 603 parties that we are reselling worldwide to number of direct clients and big platforms. But more of this it’s important our personal approach and a really quick resolution of all possible issues. This has positioned us as one of the most prominent players in the market.
2 WeAreCasino, the company founded with the aim of becoming a reference point for iGaming companies worldwide. Tell us about the HTML games in your possession and what projects are there for the future
As mentioned, we are both producer of our own games and 3rd parties Aggregator. If we talk about our proprietary games, we can divide them in two verticals. The first are Video Bingo that we are selling under our own brand name Njoy and are very popular in the Latam. The second is Video Slots that we are producing with our in-house solution SlotBuilder. This allows us to create all types of slots in a very quick period of time. At the moment, we have more than 30 titles but we are adding new ones every week thanks to our Slot Builders Programme. Basically, this programme consists in crating the slots together with external studios in the way that they provide assets and we configure the game on our RGS with the mechanic of the Slot Builder. In this way, we are also creating some custom – promotional slots for our partners.
3 – You are among the speakers of CasinoBeats Summit, what are the topics on which you will discuss?
Unfortunately, this year I’ll not speak on a panel due to other activities there. But last year experience where I participate at the panel of the Innovation in Slots and cross selling was really a great. For sure I’ll attend some of the panels and through the discussion will follow with the speakers. I saw some really interested topics and speakers already and put it in my agenda.
4- The event at the Olympia London year after year is a destination for delegates and companies from all over the world. In your opinion, what is the reason for the summit’s success?
I see CasinoBeats run by SBC as a must stop event. Despite it’s a young one at his 2nd edition is growing rapidly and positioning into the industry as one of the most valuable events. Is an incredible place to meet senior executives from across the globe and presents a valuable opportunity for learning, discovering new technology and innovation, and high-powered networking. Guys from the CasinoBeats team deserve tremendous credit and kudos for providing a unique, professional and first-class experience. As I heard this year more than 35% of the attendees will be the operators so for us exhibitors this is another great value. I’m pretty sure that we’ll enjoying the fruits of this summit in the next month’s forward.
